AI automation consulting for businesses in Europe
autenflo is a remote-first business, technology and AI consulting company that works with European teams to identify repetitive work and build workflow automation with data protection and AI regulation in mind. We do not claim local offices.
Data protection comes first
In the EU and EEA, the GDPR applies to workflows that process personal data, such as lead follow-up, support and onboarding. Tools that process data on your behalf typically need a data processing agreement, and you need a lawful basis for the processing. Article 22 also limits decisions made solely by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects on people. The UK and Switzerland have their own laws that are similar in spirit but separate.
The EU AI Act and automation
The EU AI Act entered into force on 1 August 2024. The Digital Omnibus on AI (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744) entered into force on 27 July 2026 and, according to published summaries, moved the main obligations for high-risk AI systems listed in Annex III to 2 December 2027, and for AI embedded in regulated products to 2 August 2028. Most everyday business automation, such as invoice matching or lead follow-up, is not high-risk, but uses such as screening job applicants can be. The Act also contains transparency duties, for example telling people when they interact with an AI system. The UK is outside the EU AI Act.
Country rules differ
Tax and invoicing rules vary by country, and several European countries have or are introducing mandatory e-invoicing. We do not publish a page per country. If your business needs country-specific handling, we discuss it on a call and recommend a local adviser where needed.
Workflows that suit European teams
Typical starting points are lead follow-up, CRM automation, invoice matching and approval, and support triage, built with human checkpoints and minimal data movement.

How autenflo works with you
We map your process on a call, build and test the automation ourselves, and you approve it before anything goes live. Anything uncertain or high-stakes is flagged to a person. Most first workflows are live in 2–4 weeks, depending on the number of tools and steps.
Frequently asked questions
Is business automation covered by the EU AI Act?
Some AI uses are, depending on risk category. Most routine business workflows are not high-risk, but employment-related uses can be. Check your specific use.
Do you work with companies in every European country?
Delivery is remote, so location is not the constraint. Country-specific legal and tax needs should be reviewed with a local adviser.
Is autenflo GDPR compliant?
Please ask us for details on how a specific workflow handles data. Compliance depends on how the whole workflow is set up, including your own responsibilities.
